This set is their English Pool Osmium series set in the classic 2" Red & Yellow, with a unique black 8 ball design. Manufactured using advanced phenolic resin and refined through a meticulous 23 day, 49 step production process, this set has gone through the highest quality control standards available in the industry.

Each set undergoes a highly controlled, multi stage production cycle:

Strict recipe phenolic resin batching

Robotic mould filling

Multi stage curing

Diamond tool engraving (0.25mm)

Resin backfilling

Multiphase grinding and 5 axis CNC sizing

Final curing of up to 5000 balls at once

Proprietary HC‑142 finishing for maximum shine and strength

Quality checks are performed 54 times throughout production, with additional inspections in Belgium for roundness, hardness, density, weight, and concentricity.
